Please measure where you want to wear the bracelet. Order that size. DO NOT SIZE UP. These bracelets work best when they stay put in one place and do not 'slosh' around. The elastic comfort band will stretch.
Clients think, 'If I up-order the larger bracelet, I will get more weight and thus more benefit.' WRONG. If the bracelet 'sloshes' around, all the heavier weight benefit is actually lost. A proper fitting bracelet is key.
What size should I order? -
Seriously - get a piece of string or strip of paper. Wrap around your wrist. Mark. Measure on a ruler. Don't go by the size of bracelet you 'normally' wear.
My wrist measures:
5.5 - 6.25" - Small (6.0)
6.5 - 7.25" - Medium (7.0)
7.5"+ - Large (7.5)
