The weight is to counteract a portion of symptoms associated with Parkinson's, Huntington's, and Essential Tremor: hand shaking, tremor, spasms, uncontrolled muscle movement. For those who want to be more fashionable than having a sandbag on their wrist. Weight used to help with: brushing teeth, combing hair, eating, writing, ADLs, etc.
This bracelet does not stop tremors. It counterbalances a portion of tremor to allow activities, eg. eating, to become manageable. Please consult your PCP, OT/PT prior to using. This is not a FDA Medical device. It is a heavy fashion holistic bracelet.

The large rounds are natural Hematite at 20mm. The smaller hexagonal shape is also hematite at 12mm. All other crystals are 4mm in size.

Please measure where you want to wear the bracelet. Order that size. DO NOT SIZE UP. These bracelets work best when they stay put in one place and do not 'slosh' around. The elastic comfort band will stretch. E.g. if you wrist is 6.25", order small. If your wrist is 7.50" order a medium, if greater than 7.75" order large size. IF YOU ORDER TOO LARGE, THE WEIGHT WILL SLIDE OFF YOUR HAND.
